La phase n'a pas bougé au niveau faisceau max charge à 246 degrés. Par contre, le pointé ainsi que la forme bouge.

- Mesure bas niveau du canon sous vide et thermalisation
À 30 degrés : fréquence d’accord à 3.0023617 GHz au lieu de 2.99855 GHz

La structure semble avoir subit un rétrécissement
Pas rattrapable avec la température dans une gamme acceptable
- La cathode est insérée en position fixe, la reproductibilité avait été vérifiée au préalable
- Jean-Noel, et Alexandre déconseillent fortement l'utilisation d'un endoscope qui risqueraient d'endommager les surfaces et d'introduire de la matière dans le canon.
- Nourredine conseille un démontage et une mesure à la bille en salle RF pour diagnostiquer le canon
- Il a été décidé d'effectuer une étape intermédiaire de mesure bas niveau avec le canon en place --> Alexandre coordonne l'intervention
    - Mise sous azote du canon, démontage fenêtre, coudes
    - Mesure de la fenêtre, du coupleur de mesure
    - Mesure bas niveau du canon en transmission et réflexion
    - Discussion des résultats
- Il a été décidé de poursuivre le conditionnement de la section pour le 28 juin
        - Prêt d’une charge 20MW par PHIL pour montage sur la branche RF canon
        - Remise en SF6
        - Poursuite du conditionnement section LIL le 28 juin

Conditionnement du canon 

 

Niveaux de vide pendant le conditionnement : 

  • toujours le vide 1, à l'avant du Canon qui domine 
  • Pas de claquages aux valeurs de puissance atteintes, environ 150 kW
  • Vide / sécurité : Les pompes ioniques ont été mises en local afin de mettre le seuil d'interlock à 10E-7 mBar 
    • les interlocks n'ont pas fonctionné
    • pour que les interlock fonctionnent, il faut se mettre en reseau profibus, mais le seuil passe alors à 5E-6 mBar.  
  • Le vide (Jauges) a toujours une structure temporelle de periode 2 min environ 
    • Le RGA a été démarré en soirée pour Lundi
    • Un boitier jauge a été mis en place dans la casemate pour comprendre la structure temporelle des signaux de vide (en trouver la cause) 
  • Côté CC : 
    • pour éviter des soucis avec les modifications des valeurs des atténuations, le changement de la valeur pourra se faire par les fleches par valeur de 0.5 dB

Ce matin ( lundi 20/09 ) l'interlock modulateur IntComm\Input missing est réapparu coupant le modulateur qui était prêt à fonctionner, j'ai envoyé un mail à Scandinova pour prévenir et demander une expertise.

  • Gradient accélérateur : 80 MV/m (atténuateur Canon à 1.5 dB)
  • Solénoides :
    • COL1(CC) : 58 A
    • COL2 : 200 A

Apres 10h50, nous avons démarré les solenoides, ce qui a augmanté l'activité du vide. D'abord autour de 50 A sur COL2 puis on est passé progressivement à 200A. 

Il semblerait qu'un conditionnement avec les solénoides serait nécessaire.

Sans RF (modulateur off), le champ du col2 a une action sur le vide vac02. On rentre pour visualiser les position pompes/solenoides.

Après vérification par Frédéric, l'interlock au niveau des jauges étaient réglées sur 1e-7, il es remet en hard à 1e-6.

Pendant ce temps, Hayg et Vincent corrige l'ihm charge

Fréderic modifie le seuil de la première pompe PP1 à 5e-5 mbar. Il a également modifié le mode de pilotage de tension en mode STEP.

Nous arrivons ainsi à établir le faisceau !

Vincent visulaise le faisceau à l'ict 1 sur le wavecatcher en salle de controle

Il règle les retards, 17570000 ps sur l'ICT1, il sauve la recette rectte premier faisceau ict1

Pour voir aussi le courant d'obscurité, on décale le delai à 17870000 ps, l'échantillonnage est le plus petit pour avoir une grande fenetre en temps, 400MHz
A la louche, on estime 80 pC de courant d'obscurité mV* us/(2*50 ohms)

retard 17570000ps à 3.2Gs/s (ER/CA/RAC05-Wac.01 sur CH)

A la louche, le faisceau fait 100 pC, à la charge max.

Fichier enregistré par Hayg, dans data/shared/comm_tool ttt.txt

Un deuxième fichier est enregistré avec le courant et une fenetre plus large ttt1.txt

on se décalle sur la phase de 50 degrés, et on monte le solenoide 2 progressivement par pas de 5A. Ca tient
