Redémarrage ThomX :

* essaie d'alignement automatique (laser photoCathode + quad)
* génération d'une recette pour injection dans l'anneau (mesure émittance + énergie)

* L'alignement automatique du laser sur la PhotoCathode semble fonctionner mais est très bruité dû au bruit sur les BPM (~1mm en X)
De plus il y a une saturation sur les BPM (LI et TL/BPM.01 au moins), cf. Screenshot ==> cela doit destabiliser l'alignement automatique.
* Alignement Steerer VS QP, même constat que pour la photocathode. Le bruit des BPM limite la résolution de l'algorithme
* Mesure Alignement QP de la TL ==> manque données BPM pour TL/BPM.04 (mean, std des positions)

During the day we observe the very big variation of the synchrotron oscillation amplitude (very difficult to find the ring working conditions) in the ring, sudden charge variation.
14h40 measurement of the synch osillations for 200 injections
Amplitude deviation = 33.3028%
Frequency deviation = 0.91508% (267.9607 kHz)
Phase deviation = 46.4524 degrees orbit
Average position deviation = 1.4408%

* cannot enter to the ring with the recipe "40_MeV_Enough_Good_20251211_14_07_28", probably due to mis alignment procedure of the QP1-QP3.
* reset de TL steerers with the recipe "40MeV_20250401_15_09_50", first turn ok but no storage.
* steerers Ring to 0.
12h --> back to previous cathod point (last week tuning was done at that position)

17h: essaie avec la recette initial de mardi "recipe_recipe_LI_TL_RI_all_20251209_17_54_51.txt"
==> difficile de retouver le TBTsum de mardi, ==> après quelques ajustements (rcds, etc). on retrouve quelques choses de passable
==> MRSV totalement différent: long, étalé et pas au même endroit (à droite au lieu d'être hors écran à gauche)
==> problème de répétabilité. La seule différence est la température de la section.
*** Scan FPC table (~16h) - A l'oeil FWHM ~ 300 microns ==> rms ~ 128 ==> sig_ele_Vert ~ 107 ==> sig_Source_Vert ~ 60 microns
Bilan imagerie du jour :
tres bas flux et faisceau tres instable .==> Pas de contraste de phase visible. On espere que demain sera mieux !

Inspection du hublot d'entrée canon:
* Hublot plein de poussières.
* Nettoyage de la face avant du hublot (acetone + friction seche pour retirer les résidus de l'acetone). Il reste de la poussière sur la face arrière du hublot. ==> intervention nécessaire au niveau du hublot.
* Pas d'impact laser visible sur la surface au niveau du spot laser (quelques goutes et rayure en bas du hublot)
Inspection du miroir de renvoie sous vide impossible.

==> Nouvelle interface de cyclage, on ne voit plus la progression ou l'état des éléments. (impossible de savoir si le cyclage à bien fonctionné)
10h: recette chargée 50MeV 20251010_15_48_41
Commentaires machine :
* pour un bon stockage l'énergie n'est pas bonne (157.3A sur TL/DP pour etre à 0 TL/BPM.02), position vertical TL/BPM.02 ~ -4mm (stockage possible avec +- 2A sur TL/DP)
/!\ l'orbite n'est pas "flat" à l'IP (comparaison avec chargement de la recette "50MeV_100pC_flatVERTorbit_withEL_20250717_10_58_38.txt"), l'orbite n'est plus "plate" avec l'ancienne recette.
* probleme dans la EL, le faisceau n'est pas extrait correctement avec la nouvelle recette.
/!\ probleme BPM/EL, le BPM n'affiche plus la position du faisceau !
* comparaison orbite du matin et de l'après midi, l'orbite change en X pas en Y.
* décalage du délais septum de 4us pour mettre l'impulsion des kicker à peu pres au sommet de l'impulsion ==> il faut désendre le septum de ~ 2V dans ce cas (97.13V --> 95.33V)
** recette sauvée sous : 50MeV_100pC_MRSV_20251014_18_22_53
* mise à jour du DS "DS_Ring_RF" pour faire les changement de fréquence anneau et phase au meme endroit.
*** Prise de donnée ***
- échantillon chocolat : le plus riche en Cd ne fait pas appaitre de pics !
- Nb présent dans échantillon d'un patien "sain".
