(0bis) Check energy jitter in TL/BPM.02 and TL/SST.02

(1) Try to merge TL optimised transport with ring injection transport => record beam size on TL/SST3 and position on TL/BPM.03 and TL/BPM.04 for current ring transport

(2) Reduce betatron oscillations
