Energie cinétique 3.6 MeV mesurée (image ci contre)

A comparer avec la mesure wattmetre de crete et cristaux

D'après les cristaux, 155mV de Pic correspond à 5.7MW, soit 84 MV/m --> soit une énergie attendue de 5.14 MeV

La mesure du wattmètre de crete donne 3.6 MW sur la voie canon (avec atténuation de 1.25dB), soit 67MV/m, soit 4.1 MeV (simulation ci contre). Une différence de 15% de puissance RF subsiste aussi entre cette mesure et la mesure de l'énergie

Conclusion : les mesures au watt mètre de crete sont plus proches de la mesure de l'énergie faisceau. L'énergie faisceau reste toutefois inférieure à ce que l'on est supposé attendre avec cette puissance RF.

Scan charge phase : ajustement avec les deux déphaseurs, phase shift du laser à 82 ps.

Il faut bien penser à cliquer sur enable phase shift à chaque modification.

Scan effectué à partir de l'intégrale des signaux bruts.

Sur le plan horizontal la calib de l'écran a l'air constante, on va tenter un scan sur l'horizontal pour avoir une estimation de l'énergie

Arret, casemate ouverte pour intervention sur les SST 1 linac et ligne de transfert + test BPM

Mesure de puissance RF avec powermettre

Vérification atténuation possible section, a 1050 de tension sur le modulateur et le PA à 368W, la puissance totale est de 15.9 MW mesurée au power metter.
Pour cette valeur de puissance l attenuation doit etre de 0.5dB sur la section.Mesure avec le power mettre en sortie klystron 15.9MW. Sur la voie canon, la mesure sur la voie canon donne 3.6MW au canon avec 1.25dB sur l'attenuateur canon. Cette mesure est proche de celle du klystron. A confirmer avec les mesure d'énergie

On mesure également le Pis de la section avec le wattmetre :

la température de la section est mise à 30 degrés en lecture mesurée a la clarinette, ce qui correspond à une consigne de 29.2 degrés

On baisse progressivement l'attenuation de la section jusqu'à 1 dB, on fait la mesure au power mettre : 9.14 MW.

Sur la charge de la fin de la section on mesure 18% soit 1.7 MW

Remise en téat de la chaine de mesure RF de la section, détecteur 3 sur l'incendent, 1 sur le réflechi, et 6 sur la charge. Manque des adaptateurs

Eteindre la lumière pour le bon fonctionnement de la station TL/SST1

17h40 : réglage des délais des cameras

Une mesure d'énergie par les steerers avec la nouvelle calibration donne environ 4 MeV, les erreurs sont encore à prendre en compte

On prend une image sur SST1 à 18h44, en ayant relachée la focalisation pour la section accélératrice. col2=150A. Phase =77 degrés

On a trouvé le faisceau en sortie de la section en jouant sur les steerer entrée section avec les valeurs suivantes :

LI/STR.01-V.01=-1.3A

LI/STR.01-H.01=-1.3A

COIL2=142A

Image prise sur LI/SST1 à 20h00 sans quadrupoles, le déphaseur section est à 3200 pas. L'énergie est estimée à 30 MeV.

Visualisation également de l'ICT en sortie section avec les traces des wavecatchers

Image prise à l'entrée de la section à 20h55. On a du retirer les steerers pour le voir sur l'écarn. On a un kick donné quelque part si l'écran est bien centré...

Il faut travailler sur l'alignement demain, et l'optimisation de la phase. Les BPM seraient très utiles pour cette phase.

  • Gradient accélérateur : 80 MV/m (atténuateur Canon à 1.5 dB)
  • Solénoides :
    • COL1(CC) : 58 A
    • COL2 : 200 A

Apres 10h50, nous avons démarré les solenoides, ce qui a augmanté l'activité du vide. D'abord autour de 50 A sur COL2 puis on est passé progressivement à 200A. 

Il semblerait qu'un conditionnement avec les solénoides serait nécessaire.

Sans RF (modulateur off), le champ du col2 a une action sur le vide vac02. On rentre pour visualiser les position pompes/solenoides.

Après vérification par Frédéric, l'interlock au niveau des jauges étaient réglées sur 1e-7, il es remet en hard à 1e-6.

Pendant ce temps, Hayg et Vincent corrige l'ihm charge

Fréderic modifie le seuil de la première pompe PP1 à 5e-5 mbar. Il a également modifié le mode de pilotage de tension en mode STEP.

Nous arrivons ainsi à établir le faisceau !

Vincent visulaise le faisceau à l'ict 1 sur le wavecatcher en salle de controle

Il règle les retards, 17570000 ps sur l'ICT1, il sauve la recette rectte premier faisceau ict1

Pour voir aussi le courant d'obscurité, on décale le delai à 17870000 ps, l'échantillonnage est le plus petit pour avoir une grande fenetre en temps, 400MHz
A la louche, on estime 80 pC de courant d'obscurité mV* us/(2*50 ohms)

retard 17570000ps à 3.2Gs/s (ER/CA/RAC05-Wac.01 sur CH)

A la louche, le faisceau fait 100 pC, à la charge max.

Un deuxième fichier est enregistré avec le courant et une fenetre plus large ttt1.txt

on se décalle sur la phase de 50 degrés, et on monte le solenoide 2 progressivement par pas de 5A. Ca tient

Pour couper le Laser :

  • il faut arrêter seulement l'Ampli, et laisser l'oscillateur (pas besoin de l'arrêter).
  • Redémarrer l'oscillateur peut le mettre dans un mode instable.

Problème de visualition sur la camera, l'image arrive et repart, indépendant de l'IHM, problème de synchro ? On a l'impression typique de saut de phase

Problème sur DS des solénoides, il faut protéger et ne pas mettre de valeurs négatives. La conytre champ est en négative --> revoir des modifs sur l'ihm alim

On a interlocké en mettant les solénos. Le modulateur s'est mis sur off

le conditionnement du canon à 1Hz de répétition est terminé.
Le gradient accélérateur nominal a été atteint et peut être
maintenu sans claquages avec un niveau de vide acceptable.
Au-delà, des claquages sporadiques subsistent. L'activité
de micro claquage aux environs de la cathode existe encore
dès la basse puissance mais ne posera pas de problèmes pour
la production de photo courant.

Nous avons commencé le conditionnement à 5Hz mais nous sommes
pour l'instant limités aux environs de 4MW. Ce travail à 5Hz
devra être poursuivi dès que possible.
