Aprés redémarrage de klystron à 2 dB le filament est à la bonne valeur et ca recoupe HF toute de suite aprés ==>diagnostic: le courant  de la pompe pompe ionique de klystron a passé à la limite haute (>4µA) . impossible de la redemarrer instantanément à la HT nominale (Alim 1215V & HT 288 kV).  

En baissant la HT à 1000V le courant de la pompe baisse et faire augmenter HT progressivement jusquà la valeur nominale .

L'interlock qui a mis off le modulateur c'est le courant filament klystron, limite basse, nous avons redémarré et nous avons eu interlock pompe ionique >4 uA

J'ai envoyé à SCANDINOVA pour prévenir ( 2 fois ) (Maher)

plusieurs claquage section, pb de pompage section ( il faut attendre un temps pour pouvoir remettre la HF ) conditionnement ( 3 us, 1200 V et att 0.1 dB )

La synchro a été testée ce matin:

Il y avait effectuvement un pB de faux contact qui empechait la synchro de fonctionner.

 

Pour ce qui est de l'interface Fréquence Synchro:

le choix des fréquences fonctione... il est un peu récalcitrant... il faut parfois valider (bien cliquer sur le choix dans le menu déroulant) plusieurs fois les fréquences  de gauche à droite (de mémoire modulateur , linac, ring, diag,)

Les fréquences 25 10 5 hz sont dispo pour le linac

--> on fait les tests a 25 Hz

** Le chassis Trigger bug regulierement : quand il bug, il faut aller appuyer sur un composant dans le chassis pour qu'il remarche (le 2eme composant en partant de la gauche)

** Test de la charge attenuateur :

  • 25 Hz, 1 mu sec, atten 30 dB :  Klystron de 1070 a 1215 V --> tout est OK
  • Idem mais avec 2 mu sec --> OK
  • Idem avec 3 mu sec --> OK

** Test du dephaseur a phi=50 degres sur l'IHM (courbe de calib NON rentree)

Conditions : 25 Hz, 3 mu sec, 1215 V et on bouge l'attenuateur de 30 dB a 0.1 db
On laisse une minute environ a chaque changement de valeur d'attenuateur.
Bilan : 1 claquage a 5 db, 1 claquage a 3 db, 1 claquage a 0.5 db. Claquage unique, le Klystron repart tout de suite. --> tout est ok

** Test dephaseur en mouvement

Conditions : 25 Hz, 3 mu sec, 1215 V, atten=0.1 dB et on bouge la phase de la limite max basse a la limite max haute avec l'ATK panel
Bilan : aucun claquage

** Screen shot typique en pj des signaux qu'on a eu pendant ces 2 heures (je n'ai pas reussi a faire fonctionner le trend ...)

Fin vers 19h30.

* on commence à faible puissance 3us, 10Hz, 30dB, 1100V

* on augmente progressivement la puissance jusqu'à 1215V

15h30: Home du déphaseur et positionnement à 10deg

15h39: on monte la puissance injecté dans le déphaseur de -30dB à 3dB

15h46: à 3dB on fait de la dynamique 10 à 100 deg à 10 pas/s, on passe à 50pas/s

15h49: On passe à 300deg, claquage à 15h50, on passe à 25pas/s

15h54: on revient à 10deg et on repart à 320deg

15h59: on augmente la puissance, 2.5dB ==> ca claque, on repasse à 3dB

16h02: on redescend à 0deg, ca à claqué en dynamique

* 0deg, 100deg, 300deg ça claque (on ne peut pas remettre la puissance)

* balayage 100deg -> 250deg ça claque.

ça tiens à 3dB mais pas en dessous. 

16h20 : arrêt machine
