des fuites sont présentes sur la CFP à la remise sous vide.

B Mercier est seul à intervenir aujourd'hui. Detection de fuite cet apres midi (amener le materiel, faire la detection, traiter les fuites)

Pas de possibilité de faire du faisceau aujourd'hui (voir avec Bruno)

Ce matin ( lundi 20/09 ) l'interlock modulateur IntComm\Input missing est réapparu coupant le modulateur qui était prêt à fonctionner, j'ai envoyé un mail à Scandinova pour prévenir et demander une expertise.

Test des signaux de "Timing" en calle de controle

1- la communication avec l'IHM admin_delays est instable à chaque commande, l'IHM "plante" et je suis obligé de la fermer et de relancer pour pouvoir changer de valeur de retard et ou plus d'1 mn pour pouvoir à nouveau changer de valeur!

2- en sdc le signaux de "timing" sont en phase (DEG 1=> 4 2=>4  3=>4 sdev 140ps) avec une fréquence anneau de 500MHz (rappel fréquence linac 2998.55MHz)

3- changement de la fréquance anneau 500.5MHz (dans l'igloo... je n'ai pas acces au scryp en salle de controle)   pas de changement de comportement (sdev 140ps)    (fin de manip retour à 500MHz)

 

pB resolu:

c'est une perturbation de la PLL*24 dans la trigger box  => elle doit renvoyer du bruit à travers le 3GHz dans ERL 1 à travers le mélangeur.

nous avons déconnecté (alimentation) la PLL.

=> alim RI-C1 en marche (I=1A ou nominale)=> =PB Synchro apparait!!!
=> extinction Steerer RI-C1+dipole RI-C1-DP.01 => SYNCHO OK
=> extinction Steerer et QP  RI-C1 => Synchro OK
=> extinction RIC1-C2 SP03 => Synchro OK
=> extinction RIC1-C2 SP01 => Synchro OK
=> extinction RIC1-C2 SP02 => Synchro OK

dipole RI-C1-DP.01 perturbe la synchro quandcourant est à I=236A  (c'est reproductible)  (236A était la valeur enregistrée)

démarrage de toutes les alims (avec une recette anneau) sauf RI-C1-DP.01 => synchro OK

Le pb apparrait progressivement quand on augmente le courant (plutot régulier à partir de 200A) 

On va prendre un cafe et ensuite on va redemarrer la machine

Au redemarrage le probleme reapparait quand on met du courant dans dip_TL.

Test de toutes les alims dipole

Le pB synchro semble en fait lié aux courants délivrés par toutes les alims des dipoles (cf les screenshots des signaux sur bpmLI)
Je pense qu'il est beaucoup plus visible et frequent avec les dipoles ANNEAU car les 8 s'allument en meme temps

Test de l'alim SOLENO : idem probleme de synchro quand on va a fort courant (cf screenshot SOLENO)

Le dernier screenshot c'est :
Soleno OFF et tous les dipoles OFF sauf le EL_DP01 (qu'on ne peut pas eteindre sinon on n'a plus lautorisation de tir)

Calcul position BPM : barycentre X : 1.16e+06 +/- 1.88e+05 nm et Y = 8.06e+05 +/- 1.45e+05 nm, phase = 97 degres à 1 dB

A 0.5 dB, phase =  92 degres, barycentre X = 1.20e+06 +/- 2.17e+05 nm et Y = 6.3e+05 +/- 1.49e+05 nm

A 0 dB, phase = 76 degres, barycentre : X = 1.5e+06 +/- 2.95e+05 nm et Y = 3.52e+05 +/- 2.08e05 nm

On voit une évolution dans le barycentre mesuré sur les BPMs

l'Iris a ete reconfigurée (bug dans le retour de position).

Alexandre est intervenu après 17h pour démonté le guide. La fenêtre n'est pas endommagée.

Nourredine a effectué une mesure prélimianire ce soir. Il obtient un shift de 2 MHz à 40 degrés. Le shift n'est pas rattrapable avec la température.

Nourredine effectuera une nouvelle mesure et une acquisition demain après 17h, puisqu'il y a le stests PSS en cours dans la journée qui sont prioritaires.

les resp-li doivent organiser une discussion avec Alexandre pour connaitre le protocole de montage de la cathode, et identifier si on peut agir sur ce point.

Nourredine discutera avec Pierre pour savoir quelles actions peuvent être faites côté canon.

Nourredine nous informe que le deuxième canon est prêt

À 30 degrés : fréquence d’accord à 3.0023617 GHz au lieu de 2.99855 GHz
A 40 degrés : fréquence d’accord à 3.0018623 GHz au lieu de 2.99855 GHz
La structure semble avoir subit un rétrécissement
Pas rattrapable avec la température dans une gamme acceptable
- La cathode est insérée en position fixe, la reproductibilité avait été vérifiée au préalable
- Jean-Noel, et Alexandre déconseillent fortement l'utilisation d'un endoscope qui risqueraient d'endommager les surfaces et d'introduire de la matière dans le canon.
- Nourredine conseille un démontage et une mesure à la bille en salle RF pour diagnostiquer le canon
- Il a été décidé d'effectuer une étape intermédiaire de mesure bas niveau avec le canon en place --> Alexandre coordonne l'intervention
    - Mise sous azote du canon, démontage fenêtre, coudes
    - Mesure de la fenêtre, du coupleur de mesure
    - Mesure bas niveau du canon en transmission et réflexion
    - Discussion des résultats
- Il a été décidé de poursuivre le conditionnement de la section pour le 28 juin
        - Prêt d’une charge 20MW par PHIL pour montage sur la branche RF canon
        - Remise en SF6
        - Poursuite du conditionnement section LIL le 28 juin
