Goal: transport the beam to the ring and start ring injection.

Start all the Ring elements.

Try to establish the beam transport.

Several problems: go to THOMX MPS mode (Noureddine fixed), several problem with modulator (Maher fixed).

Server 5 was restarted. We lost all the initial settings (temperature, phases, attenuator). Fo future, it is better to store these values in the config file to avoid the problem during the restart of the DS on client 5.

During all the day, continuos problem with shutter. We tried several times to reset it (with keys), it did not really help. It is impossible to transport the beam as the charge is low and the beam shape is very strange.

17h50 Finally got the reasonable beam at the ring rntrance

Injection. First turns.

Injection Kicker timing adjusted from -7.23 to -7.4 . Need to scan for optimum.

Few 100s turns in the ring.
