10h Tuning of the injector with KD

Laser phase = 289 -> 288 

LIL phase = 114 -> 110 (Att = 2.04 dB)

Settings are saved.

We found that the injection kicker timing was not good (-7.19 us). We put the previous setting -7.23 us
