The photocathode laser is in the init state. Is there anyone who can fix it?

The MPS screen does not display any selections for machine configuration. The table (Choix des configurations de Tir) is empty, so "Machine au Repos". 

13h30 Problem with MPS and laser cathode prevents us to start the accelerator. We put the modulator OFF.
